Kıyı İstanbul Marina is a modern yacht harbor with the capacity to accommodate 539 yachts simultaneously, ranging from 10 to 100 meters in length. The marina features a secure kedge anchor mooring system.

The facility offers comprehensive services including secure mooring areas, waste collection and separation units, fuel station, Wi-Fi connectivity, and professional Concierge and Valet services for yacht owners.

The marina provides 365-day, 24/7 security and mooring line handling services.

Two megayacht berths are available with electrical connections (220V-380V).

An 11,200 m² dry dock area accommodates up to 100 yachts. The facility operates a 160-ton travel lift and employs experienced technical staff for maintenance and repair services.
