The marina offers depths ranging from 8 to 30 meters, allowing large yachts to berth alongside the main breakwater during winter months. Beyond the main breakwater, the pontoon-based marina provides berthing capacity for 700 vessels. Full shore connections including electricity, water, and telephone services are available at berths. The marina is adjacent to the Sea Bus terminal, providing excellent transport connections.

Guest amenities include showers, restrooms, laundry facilities, swimming pool, sports center, fitness center, tennis courts, helipad, and parking for 1,200 vehicles. A fuel station is available on-site, and complete waste reception facilities are provided.
The dry berthing area accommodates 100 vessels and features a 63-ton travel lift and 10-ton mobile crane. Technical workshops in the haul-out area provide comprehensive yacht maintenance and repair services. The marina is located next to major shopping centers, offering full access to their facilities. Markets, restaurants, bars, and yacht sales companies are all available within the marina grounds. Ataköy Marina is 7 km by road from Atatürk International Airport.
