It is a large city marina with all facilities in the town of Marmaris, which entered service in 1989.

The marina is surrounded by breakwaters that provide full security to boats in all weather conditions on both sides, and there are 9 floating piers between the two breakwaters. The average length of the floating piers is around 80m. The maximum depth at the piers is 18 m. and the minimum depth is 3.5 m. The marina, which is connected by vault, has a capacity of 720 yachts at sea and 120 on land.

Fresh water and electricity (220 volt, 16A) services are provided to boats through service boxes located on the floating piers. In the service boxes on the breakwaters, electricity of 380 volt 63A value is provided for large yachts.

Within the scope of the marina electrical infrastructure, there are two transformers, one 400kVA and the other 1,000 kVA, operating at 31,500 V medium voltage. In addition, uninterrupted electrical service is provided within all marina boundaries with the help of two generators of 100kVA and 550 kVA.

There is a large supermarket inside the marina. In the shopping center with many stores, there are restaurants, cafes, bars, clothing stores, travel agencies and technical stores.

The marina, which also includes a taxi stand, has showers and WCs in various locations. Netsel Marina, which also has a swimming pool, is monitored 24 hours by security units. The marina, which includes a fuel station and laundry, is 90 kilometers from Dalaman Airport and 1.3 kilometers from the intercity bus terminal.

In the marina's haulout area, two travel lifts with capacities of 20 and 100 tons serve the boats. The marina, which also has maintenance and repair workshops, is located beneath hills covered with tall pine trees.

Due to being located within the town of Marmaris, it has access to all amenities of the town.

In the marina, many bareboat companies serve domestic and foreign customers with their yacht fleets. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which are the peak transfer days for these companies, are the busiest days of the marina.

There are also many liveaboard yachtsmen in the marina year-round. Both transportation, provisioning, and climate conditions have attracted them here, creating a living center. Bank ATMs are available within the marina.
