Located on the northern shore of the Gulf of Edremit, 1 nautical mile east of Point Servili, Küçükkuyu Shelter is one of the safest and most comfortable anchorages in the gulf. The shelter provides all-around protection from winds and has a berthing capacity of 85 vessels.
Management and Contact:
The shelter is operated by the local fishing cooperative (Contact: +90 543 249 88 50).
Technical Specifications and Mooring:
Depths within the shelter range from 2 to 4 meters. Except for private berths, yachts can anchor and moor stern-to the quay. Electricity and water connections are available at the quayside. Ice and gas bottles can be obtained. Fuel is available via tanker truck delivery.
Technical Services:
An experienced marine mechanic is available at the shelter, and lathe workshops are present in the town. A Coast Guard station operates within the shelter premises.
Social Facilities and Services:
The quayside features tea gardens and restaurants. Shopping centers and markets are located immediately behind the waterfront. The town offers a diving center and sailing school. Cargo companies, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities are available in the vicinity.
Market Day:
A local market takes place every Friday on the street directly behind the shelter quay.

Küçükkuyu is situated in a region rich in historical and natural attractions. Nearby points of interest include Adatepe Greek Village, Behramkale, the ancient site of Assos, Şahin Deresi Canyon, Ayı Deresi Canyon, and waterfalls—all worthy of exploration.
