Çınarlı Shelter is located on the southwest coast of Marmara Island, just south of Çınarlı village. This well-protected harbor offers excellent all-weather sheltering for yachts. Paçanoz Rock lies 300 meters offshore at sea level - careful navigation and plotting are essential when approaching.
Completed in 2011, this spacious shelter, although not officially operated commercially, is fully accessible and safe for yachts. Depths within the harbor: 5 meters along the main breakwater, 3 meters at the entrance basin, and 2 meters near the shore side. The shelter features an extensive slipway area where vessels up to 30 meters LOA can be hauled out using sledge and runner systems.
A technical service facility operates within the shelter, providing mechanical works and maintenance services. Due to its proximity to Çınarlı village, visiting sailors have convenient access to local amenities including markets, hotels, and cafes. Regular minibus services connect to Marmara Island town center, 6 kilometers away. A weekly public market takes place in Çınarlı village every Wednesday.
