Girneyit Bay

It is located immediately south of Kargı Island, the westernmost of the islands situated in the southern part of Hisarönü Gulf.

It is a small cove entering towards the southwest. There is no settlement, it is deep. 

At the end of the cove, a flat area extends in the same direction. In front of this section which we can call a beach, one can anchor at largo or stern-to on the northern shore. The cove appears partially green with sparse shrubs.

A perfect place for those who want to clear their head and be alone with nature. 

The water is deep, the anchor must be set accordingly. 

Apart from the waves raised by motor yachts passing offshore during the day, there is no problem.
