
It is a wide bay extending south between Çomça and Gök Capes, 3.5 miles southeast of Büyük Tavşan Island.
At the entrance to the bay, there are slight shallows and debris in front of both capes. It is advisable to keep the course to the middle of the bay.
It is a deep bay. The most sheltered spot is the indentation in the southwest of the bay. You can anchor at 3-6 meters.
The bottom provides good holding. As it is a bay preferred by boats, it is advisable to moor stern-to shore.
It is sheltered from all weather except strong northeasterly winds. It also takes waves during long-lasting seas raised by Meltemi winds.
It is covered with pine forests on all sides. It is known among locals as "Paradise Bay". Since there are underground water sources, it takes its name from this and is known as Ilıca Bay. In this bay where you can stay among the chirping of birds with very clean sea, especially during full moon nights, the view and the associated atmosphere are very beautiful.
You can also find opportunities for exercising on the walking paths within the forests.
Inside the bay, on the starboard side at the entrance, there is a hotel and boutique marina.
This bay is very close to Göltürkbükü town (3 Km.). Therefore, it has many facilities with road connections.
