Maya Holiday Village Shelter is situated on the west side of İnce Point (İnceburun). This compact facility resembles a small marina and provides a clean, well-maintained berthing option. The entrance is narrow and exposed to afternoon swells and wind waves.

CAUTION: A shallow bank approximately 60 meters off the west side of the entrance is marked by a buoy. Exercise extreme caution when approaching, especially in poor weather conditions. The combination of cross swells from prevailing winds, strong gusts, and nearby shallows requires precise navigation and confident boat handling. Do not hesitate during your approach.

Maneuvering space inside is limited, accommodating up to 10 yachts maximum. The shore side is shallow where small fishing boats typically berth. An attendant will meet you upon entry to assist with mooring lines.

Facilities: Water and electricity are available at berths. The holiday village complex offers a restaurant and market for provisioning. Basic supplies can be obtained on-site.
